What is ReelPass?
ReelPass is a platform that connects talented professionals with production companies in the entertainment industry. We also provide event ticketing services for concerts, shows, and other live entertainment events.
Is the ReelPass app free to download?
Yes! The ReelPass app is completely free to download on both iOS and Android devices. You can create an account and browse opportunities at no cost.
How do I create an account?
Download the ReelPass app from the App Store or Google Play, then tap "Sign Up" to create your account. You'll need to provide your email address, create a password, and verify your email to get started.
What types of profiles can I create?
You can create two types of profiles on ReelPass: Talent Profiles for individuals showcasing their skills and availability, and Company Profiles for businesses such as production companies, venues, agencies, and more. You can have one talent profile and up to five company profiles (three created from scratch plus two claimed).

Tickets & Events

How do I purchase tickets?
Browse our events page, select the event you want to attend, choose your ticket type and quantity, then proceed to checkout. You can pay securely using your credit/debit card.
Where can I find my tickets after purchase?
After purchase, your tickets will be emailed to you and also available in your account under "My Tickets". You can access your tickets anytime by logging in to your account.
How do I use a promo code?
During checkout, you'll see a "Promo Code" field. Enter your code and click "Apply" to see your discount. Promo codes may offer percentage discounts or fixed amounts off your order. Some codes have usage limits or expiration dates, so make sure to use them before they expire.
What are the additional fees on my ticket?
Ticket prices may include taxes and service fees. These are displayed clearly during checkout before you complete your purchase. The service fee helps cover payment processing and platform maintenance costs.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes! You can transfer your ticket to another person through the "My Tickets" section. Simply select the ticket you want to transfer and enter the recipient's email address.
What is your refund policy?
Refund policies vary by event. Please check the event details page for specific refund terms. If an event is cancelled, you will automatically receive a full refund. For other inquiries, please contact our support team.

Account & Security

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and we'll send you a link to reset your password. The link is valid for 60 minutes.
How do I change my email address?
To change your email address, please contact our support team at support@myreelpass.com. For security purposes, we may ask you to verify your identity.
How do I delete my account?
If you wish to delete your account, please contact our support team. Note that account deletion is permanent and any purchased tickets will be lost.

For Talent

How do I create a talent profile?
Download the ReelPass app and create an account. Once logged in, you can set up your talent profile by adding your skills, experience, portfolio, and availability. Each user can create one talent profile.
How do I apply for roles or projects?
Browse available projects and roles in the app. When you find one that matches your skills, tap "Apply" and follow the instructions. Make sure your profile is complete to increase your chances of getting selected.
How do I get verified as a talent?
Verification is awarded to established professionals in the industry. Complete your profile, maintain a positive track record, and our team will review your account for verification eligibility.
Can I set my rates and availability?
Yes! Your talent profile allows you to set your hourly or daily rates, specify your availability status, indicate whether you're open to travel, and whether you work remotely. You can also choose to keep your rates private or visible to everyone.

For Businesses

How do I create a company profile?
In the ReelPass app, go to your profile settings and select "Create Company Profile". Fill in your company details including name, type (production company, venue, agency, etc.), contact information, and description. You can create up to 3 company profiles from scratch.
What types of company profiles are available?
ReelPass supports various company types including production companies, venues, talent agencies, casting agencies, equipment rental companies, post-production studios, and more. Select the type that best describes your business when creating your profile.
How do I claim an existing company profile?
Some companies, especially venues, may already be listed on ReelPass. To claim ownership of your company, browse the "Claimable Companies" section, find your company, and submit a claim request. You may need to provide verification documents (such as business registration or utility bills). Our team will review your claim within a few business days. You can claim up to 2 additional companies beyond the 3 you can create.
How many company profiles can I have?
Each user can have up to 5 company profiles total: 3 that you create from scratch, plus 2 additional ones that you can claim. This allows you to manage multiple businesses or venues from a single account.
How do I post a project or job listing?
Switch to your company profile, then tap "Create Project" to post a new project or job listing. Provide details about the roles needed, requirements, dates, compensation, and location. Once published, talent matching your criteria will be able to apply.
How do I get my company verified?
Company verification helps build trust with talent. To get verified, complete your company profile with accurate information and submit a verification request. You may need to provide business registration documents or other proof of legitimacy. Our team will review and approve your request.
Can I host events through my company profile?
Yes! If you're a venue or event organizer, you can create and sell tickets for events through ReelPass. Contact our team to learn more about becoming an event partner and setting up ticketing for your events.

For Event Organizers

How do I create an event on ReelPass?
Contact our team to become an event partner. Once approved, you'll be able to create events, set up ticket types and pricing, configure seating sections, and start selling tickets through our platform.
How do I create and manage promo codes?
Event organizers can create promo codes for their events to offer discounts to attendees. You can set percentage or fixed amount discounts, limit the number of uses, set expiration dates, and track usage. Promo codes are managed through your event dashboard.
How are taxes and fees handled?
Tax rates and service fees can be configured per event. You can set custom tax percentages and choose between percentage-based or fixed service fees. These are clearly displayed to customers during checkout. Default rates are applied if you don't specify custom ones.
How do I add performers and collaborators to my event?
You can add performers (artists, bands, DJs, speakers) and collaborators (sponsors, partners, production companies) to your event. This helps promote all parties involved and allows performers to showcase the event on their profiles.
How do I manage seating sections and ticket types?
In your event management dashboard, you can create multiple seating sections (e.g., VIP, General Admission, Balcony) with different prices and capacities. Set the number of available tickets for each section and they'll be displayed on your event page for customers to choose from.
